I have known Larry and his family since our children began going to school together in 1991. We have worked together as active parents in our children's education, as volunteers in Cambridge Youth Soccer, as advocates for school change, and as entrepreneurs starting our own businesses. I know Larry to be committed, passionate, considerate and thoughtful. He is passionate about Cambridge, he is committed to Cambridge, and will listen and process differing views to form thoughtful and possible solutions. Larry Ward would be an outstanding Cambridge City Councilor.

I met Larry through the support of his children, then from talking to other people I learned of all the other community connections, substitute teaching, coaching, mentoring and the Human Service Connection Magazine Larry published, which I supported! Now hearing about Larry running for city council, I want to use my resources through the beauty industry to encourage the young people who are coming out of high school and those in college to register and make sure they vote even if it is by absentee ballot!!! Even though I am not a Cambridge voter, I will be supporting Larry in any way I can!!! As a Cambridge business owner and a supporter of various Cambridge community programs, I look forward to getting other Cambridge beauty salon owners to also support Larry's campaign.
